Move freely
Walk, change positions, use the tub, shower, birth stool, ball, or wherever your body feels best.
Eat and drink
Labor is work. We encourage nourishment and hydration as appropriate.
Bring your people
Your support team is part of the experience, not pushed to the sidelines.
Birth your way
Water birth, upright, hands and knees, side lying, in bed or on the floor. We support you in finding the positions and environment that feel right for your body and your birth.

Labor is deeply personal, and comfort is never one size fits all.
At Bliss, you are encouraged to move, rest, change positions, get in the water, dim the lights, turn on music, lean into your partner, or completely change the plan as labor unfolds.
Our birth suites are designed to give you space to follow your body, with options including hydrotherapy, birth tubs, shower, movement, massage, positioning tools, and nitrous oxide when desired.
Your job is to labor.

Bliss is proud to be the ONLY CABC Accredited Birth Center in the area and one of only five accredited birth centers in the entire state of Texas.
CABC accreditation is not simply a badge or membership. It means our birth center has undergone a rigorous evaluation of our clinical standards, policies, emergency preparedness, equipment, safety practices, and overall quality of care.
